Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. She was born Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February of 1950. The actress gained fame in the late 70s and early 80s with her constant appearances on a range of TV shows in which she was depicted as a glamorous actress. Fairchild was first noticed in the CBS daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 until 1977. She was Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress was able to do so. In the year 1980, she played the lead in Flamingo Road (NBC), and was honored with an Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress in a Television Series Drama. In 1984, she appeared as an actress in ABC's short time-slot soap Paper Dolls. From 1985 to 1986 She played lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor on stage, having appeared in TV comedies such as Murphy Brown, for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series. She is on the Board of SAG-AFTRA.
